The New York Metro Chapter of the American Society of Interior Design (ASID) Announces “Best in Show” Award Winners at the Architectural Digest Design Show.

New York, NY (April 2018) The New York Chapter of the American Society of Interior Design (ASID) announces the winners of the “Best in Show” Awards at the Architectural Digest Design Show. Fourteen distinguished brands were chosen for their creativity, innovation and sustainability from both an installation and products perspective. With over 400 brands in a range of categories, narrowing down the field was no easy feat.

ASID Best in Show Winners

After careful consideration, the esteemed jury, which consisted of ASID New York Metro designers including James Rixner, Audrey Kerchner, Susan Anthony, Diana Mosher, Phyllis Harbinger, Jackie Higgins, and Miriam Makram, selected the following from the FURNISH and REFRESH areas of the show:

  • Most Innovative Material: BASWA acoustic North America
  • Most Innovative Product: JM Lifestyles
  • The jury also made several selections from the MADE section of independent artisans and makers.
