In collaboration with Stacy Garcia Design Studio, Signature Flooring has launched a hospitality-focused collection of hard-surface SPC (stone polymer composite), broadloom carpet, carpet tile, and customizable flooring offerings.
An established designer, studio founder and chief creative officer Garcia’s work has been featured across numerous product lines, retailers, and interior design projects. She also provides insights into annual trends that will direct interior designs, such as this year’s themes of “Oasis” and “Tactile Luxury” that speak to the desire for environments that cultivate tranquility, understated elegance, and comfort.
“The blending of ‘Oasis’ and ‘Tactile Luxury’ allows us to create a collection that speaks to the need for balance—between nature and craftsmanship,” said Garcia.
The Rendezvous lines for Signature encompass complementary patterns, textures, and shades inspired by nature, resulting in flooring solutions that can be combined or used to define transitions between guestrooms, corridors, and public spaces.
Rendezvous Oasis includes broadloom and carpet tiles in twelve coordinating patterns informed by leaf motifs, earthy tones, and mineral hues. Landscapes’ infinity broadloom lineup comes in nine colorways and six patterns that evoke the serenity and textural details of landscapes. Monarch, a carpet tile collection, delivers the delicate symmetry of butterfly wings with a sense of fluidity through two running line patterns and four alternate patterns. The Vista SPC LVT collection features a weathered wood look available in eight colorways.
Constructed from 100% solution-dyed nylon with ColorPoint or Infinity Tufting technology, the carpet tile and broadloom offers luxurious detail in an easily cleanable material boosted by Signature’s Stain and Soil Release technology. Installation with optional BioCel cushion backing enhances comfort and increases moisture protection.
Beyond the collection’s curated offerings, Signature Spark—an online customization platform—allows interior designers to reimagine patterns with different colors, create tack boards, and visualize designs in room scenes.
