Configura, maker of CET Designer software, announces recent promotions:
Tracy Lanning was promoted to vice president of global customer experience. In this role, Lanning will oversee global CET Designer training and support, managing teams at Configura’s offices in Sweden, the United States, and Malaysia. She will be based at Configura’s North American offices in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Brooke Snow was promoted to business development manager. Based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Snow will assist Peter Brandinger, Configura vice president of business development, with growing sales and adoption of CET Designer in North and South America.
