REMIGERDESIGN, a St. Louis-based architecture and design firm, recently completed design and construction administration on Cass Information Systems’ newly renovated office space, housing its global headquarters for transportation information services in Bridgeton, Mo. The renovation of the 350-person facility was phased over a two-year period to accommodate for ongoing work within it.
“REMIGERDESIGN has a long-standing relationship with Cass Information Systems, and we are happy to announce the completion of this project this year,” said Vern Remiger, president of REMIGER DESIGN. “The architectural and design updates that we introduced to the facility will increase its relevance and appeal for years to come.”
REMIGERDESIGN implemented space-saving designs and modern interior furnishings to completely transform the headquarters into an attractive, functional work space. Per the requests of Cass, REMIGER DESIGN reorganized the floorplan of the information services division and incorporated standardized workstations with lower panels and energy-efficient lighting. A sophisticated front lobby with customer conference rooms was created, as well as a redesigned cafeteria space with small conference rooms for impromptu employee meetings.
“With this project, we have created a unique and inviting space designed to increase the productivity and job satisfaction of employees,” said Remiger. “By implementing functional layouts and stylish interiors, I believe we have created a truly exceptional office environment for Cass.”
