Java Jute™ by Maya Romanoff is part of their Fall 2012 collection. Made of kenaf—a rapidly renewable reed—the wallcovering is hand-dyed before it is woven on antique wooden looms. Even though the product utilizes ancient weaving techniques, the aesthetic is undeniably modern thanks to its subtle and fluid color variations throughout.
