Architect Daniel Germani reinterprets three classic Italian stones for Cosentino into the sustainable surfacing.
    Feb. 7, 2023

The Cosentino Group has launched the Dekton Pietra Kode stone collection, designed by architect Daniel Germani who reinterpreted three classic Italian stones—Vicenza, Travertine and Ceppo di Gré—into a carbon neutral Dekton surface. Vicenza, featured here, is comprised of four warm neutrals. Dekton is an ultracompact stone, crafted from a sophisticated mixture of minerals with Sinterized Particle Technology (TSP). It is resistant to UV rays, scratches, stains and thermal shock and has a very low water absorption rate. It is manufactured in large-format slabs (up to 320 cm x 144 cm) in five different thicknesses (0.4cm, 0.8 cm, 1.2 cm, 2 cm and 3 cm).
