1. Forestscapes HPD is one of three new offerings from Shannon Specialty Floors’ Teknoflor brand. The homogenous sheet product is made of 100-percent virgin vinyl, is free of phthalates, and falls under the company’s new High Performance Design (HPD) line of flooring, which complies with the industry’s most stringent standards and has published Health Product Declarations. It is the first of its kind in the Shannon Specialty Floors product catalogue.
2. Following the demand for wood alternatives, Alloy from Nemo Tile + Stone offers a metallic look, giving the line a unique industrial feel with its distressed patterns. Clean, modern, and minimal, this new collection is well suited for offices, retail spaces, and more, and can be used on both floors and walls. Alloy is available in a variety of sizes and patterns, including three-dimensional deco pieces, providing added visual interest.
3. Mannington Commercial introduces Portland Project, a collection of LVT inspired by a road trip to Oregon. The spirit of the adventure is captured in the collection’s four styles: two coordinating abstract patterns and two wood grains, all offered in 6-inch x 48-inch planks. Styles harken to Oregon’s secluded ridgelines and trailheads, represented as sharp linear movements and layered striations of color.
4. More Than Wood is the latest digitally printed luxury vinyl flooring collection from Tandus Centiva. Eight styles feature textures and visuals inspired by natural materials, turning them into “something more” for flooring design. The state-of-the-art More Than Wood collection combines the look of real wood with the durability of LVT to deliver a floor that brings the best of nature to a variety of commercial interiors.
5. Armstrong Flooring’s Natural Creations with Diamond 10 Technology feature a patent-pending construction harnessing one of nature’s strongest substances: cultured diamonds. Offering the industry’s highest scratch, stain, and scuff resistance, the line is available in an array of patterns inspired by the natural beauty of wood, the colors and organic variations of stone, and the distinctive woven appearance of textiles.
6. J+J Flooring Group introduces Tri-Plex, a 24-inch x 24-inch modular tile that offers a balanced mix of modern patterning, crisp color, and exceptional product performance. With 12 colorways, Tri-Plex options can easily be mixed and matched for unique installations. Like all of J+J’s Kinetex products, Tri-Plex contributes to improved acoustics, increased comfort, better traction (when compared to a hard surface), and enhanced indoor-air quality.
7. Subtractive Layers is a new LVT collection from Patcraft that uses foundational art methods to explore new ground. Its two styles, Remove and Withdraw, are available in 12-inch x 24-inch tiles and 20 colors. The line was designed by Kelly Stewart, who worked from her original acrylic paintings that use a broken comb to achieve a linear texture. Both tiles are made by manipulating scans of the paintings and layering them over one another.
8. LooseLay Longboard’s 59-inch long planks are ideal for remodeling spaces as it can be laid over tile, LVT, and VCT. Offered by Karndean Designflooring, it is anchored in place by K-Wave friction grip backing. Korlok, a rigid core locking floor, features K-Core technology, which provides dimensional stability for installation over most existing and imperfect subfloors.
