Camira’s latest designer upholstery fabric, Craggan, is a chunky wool that brings a contemporary twist to a 25-year-old traditional product that has come full circle and back into style. Originally launched in the 1980s, when heavier weight wools were all the rage, the look is now simultaneously textural yet surprisingly delicate. A subtle accent shade peeps through the rugged weave construction and the fabric surface has been deliberately kept neutral in tone to allow the color to work as a highlight background shade, in the same way that moss peeks between cracks in stone walls.
