Shadows by Pacificrest

“I like working with PacifiCrest Carpet Mills because there are so many carpets available that look the same, but PacifiCrest is a West Coast mill that is working to create unique designs. For instance, their latest product offerings Shadows, Skyfall, Daybreak, and Twilight are like nothing we’ve seen before.”

1. The Intrinsic Collection of modular carpet contains four patterns that range from grand-scale topography to the intimacy of a blown dandelion. Available in 18 x 36-inch planks from Mannington Commercial, the color palette is anchored in neutrals and combined with transitional colors that are both modern and comforting.

2. René Barba has translated the checkered motif of his Paper Lamp to the larger surface of a rug for Ligne Roset. The white background and black theme of the light is echoed in its negative form with a black background and white pattern. The pattern is offered on either tufted wool or woven kilim.

3. Credence is a curated carpet collection by Brintons with patterns that can span 70 feet without repeating the same element again. Credence pays respects to the passing of time and the juxtaposition of exposed surfaces. Diverse visual textures evoke pockets of water under ice, soft moss, and paint chips on aging canvas.
