BOONTON, N.J.—Dauphin North America, a provider of innovative furnishings for dynamic spaces, recently announced that it has received BIFMA level certification on all of its Dauphin brand products. This includes a variety of offerings such as seating, occasional tables, lounge furnishings, bar tables and stools.

“We at Dauphin North America are proud of our environmental accomplishments and understand it’s an ongoing journey to be ecologically responsible,” says COO Stuart Rogers-Brown. “This achievement signifies Dauphin North America’s commitment to sustainability and our dedication to meet clients’ demands for products manufactured in a safe, clean and environmentally friendly atmosphere. In addition to the BIFMA level Certification, Dauphin North America will continue to manufacture all of our products in a sound environmentally-friendly manner and ensure that our company continuously improves and develops both healthy and safe environmental procedures.”

Level is the multi-attribute sustainability standard and third-party certification program for the furniture industry. It has been created to deliver the most open and transparent means of evaluating and communicating the environmental and social impacts of furniture products in the built environment. Level takes into account a company’s social actions, energy usage, material selection, and human and ecosystem health impacts in quantifying how sustainable a product is. Dauphin’s assessment was conducted by LGA, an approved BIFMA third-party certifier.
