Maranga Collection from Marset

The Maranga collection from Barcelona-based lighting company Marset, designed by Christophe Mathieu, features a shade comprised of 32 polycarbonate slice-like pieces that fit together and allow light to escape. The effect is a beautiful interplay of light and shadow that prevents glare, while an opening at the bottom fitted with a transparent polycarbonate diffuser provides direct downward light. It’s available in 13 in. and 20 in. diameters and includes floor, table, suspension and ceiling models.
