Heel by Moroso

Dec. 3, 2013

Heel from Moroso re-imagines the classic wood chair. Its unique rear leg evolves not from the seat joint, but from higher up on the back. This suspends the seat in a newly defined space. Japanese design studio Nendo’s concept for this slim, elegant chair is inspired by the stiletto heel, which is evident in Heel's graceful curvature. Heel is available in beech with natural oiled finish or in five lacquer colors. Light and stackable, the chair is portable and easily stowed.
