The Resilient Floor Covering Institute (RFCI) is a flooring industry trade association comprised of leading resilient flooring manufacturers of raw materials, additives, and sundry flooring products for the North American market. The resilient category itself includes a wide variety of flooring options, with the most popular offerings of late in commercial applications being luxury vinyl tile (LVT), sheet vinyl, and rubber.
