CounterEvolution (or “CounterEv”) is a unique furniture company that specializes in handmade goods made in the USA from vintage reclaimed wood salvaged from bowling lanes and other eco-friendly sources. After founder Jim Malone’s hobby in woodworking became more of a full-time commitment, he found success through online and local fair sales, and in turn launched CounterEvolution. Today, the company lives by Malone’s mission statement: “To design, build, and sell quality products that realize the highest potential of reclaimed materials with the ultimate goal of bringing functional art, thoughtfully designed and meticulously crafted, into your home or business.” Here, we break down CounterEv by the numbers.
