Exploring the ways in which raw waste in design can be massaged into dynamic pieces of their own, Studio Jeroen Wand takes scrap sheet veneer, overlapping and pressing together to create a chair which displays the rough edges and interlaced wood colors across the surface of the seat and back. Because of the manual process and limited availability of each veneer, every piece is a unique piece of art.
