SaloneSatellite Award, 1st Place

The grand prize winner of the SaloneSatellite Award (and first Italian to receive the honor) went to Stefano Carta Vasconcellos for his design, CucinaLeggera (“LightKitchen”). The flat-pack piece is customizable and easy to assemble, allowing the user kitchen space, regardless of the size of their home, all without screws or hardware.
