Flooring: A Practical Solution for Any Space

June 5, 2018

Parterre’s Virtu Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring offers a high-end aesthetic and top-notch performance for a number of commercial environments.

Parterre’s Vertu Luxury Vinyl Plank is a contemporary, nature-inspired flooring collection of 33 organic designs that embrace the appeal of natural flaws with bold patterns to create a neutral yet inviting space. Vertu is ideal for a range of commercial applications, including restaurants, offices, and even fitness studios. The oak selections in particular allow the inherent qualities of real wood to shine through with artistry that replicates the natural material but with the durability of premium vinyl in 6-inch by 36-inch planks.

Flooring Creativity and Collaboration

MakeOffices co-working space in Washington, D.C., features Vertu’s Oak in Rain selection. Renowned design firm Gensler was tasked with helping MakeOffices transform its locations into hubs of creativity and collaboration. Oak in Rain offers a natural wood-look design with a lighter shade of gray that contrasts well with the darker design elements selected for each individual space within the offices.

Vertu is also featured in Ledger Restaurant & Bar in Salem, Mass. The design team at Assembly Design Studio transformed the location—formerly home to the country’s second-ever chartered savings bank built in 1818—into a high-end dining establishment. Starry Oak from the Vertu collection adds a rustic look with tints of blue in its design.

Durable Flooring for Busy Interiors

Xtend Barre’s new 3,100-square-foot facility in Boca Raton, Fla., not only houses the brand’s corporate offices but also showcases a replicable studio design for future franchise owners. Because of the significant foot traffic in the location, durable flooring was paramount to the designers from Fabiano Designs. Vertu Starry Oak was installed throughout with a distressed look that also adds a contemporary feel to the space, pairing well with the yellow and teal décor.
