The TRICOT sofa system has refined modularity to support assembly and limitless configurations.
Designed by London-based designer superstars Barber & Osgerby, DEDON’s TRICOT is a highly flexible, deep-seated sofa system that reimagines traditional craftsmanship through a weaving technique. Barber & Osgerby undertook extensive research to develop a weaving style that’s very similar to knitting. The sides and back of the seating structures appear delicately knitted, but were handwoven, with contoured cushions echoing the curves of the backrest and armrests. At its core, the system’s refined modularity allows for effortless assembly and virtually limitless configurations.
