Salone del Mobile
The 63rd annual Salone del Mobile.Milano took place April 8–13 in Fiera Milano, Rho. The show featured over 2,000 exhibitors—760 from abroad—and 148 brands. It also attracted 84 first-time exhibitors. The Euroluce Biennial returned with more than 300 brands, from 25 countries, and the SaloneSatellite featured 700 designers under 35 and 20 international schools and universities.

The KOJI SOFA, design by Giuseppe Viganò for Porada, debuted at Salone del Mobile as part of the 2025 collection. This modular sofa with linear, soft, and generous shapes allows for multiple configurations. The solid wood accents become the main element of the sofa, giving the Porada allure that comes from the skillful woodworking. The wooden detail highlights the softness of the upholstery as it encircles the volume of the seat. Upholstery options include the Porada collection of leathers and fabrics. It has a removable cover.

The Marisco rug debuted at the show, marking the beginning of Maddalena Casadei’s collaboration with S-CAB, enriching the Décor Accessories section. Marisco blends tradition and innovation by reinterpretation of the ancient Sardinian art of reed coverings with the interweaving of polypropylene threads. Inspired by traditional mats and roofs, the design features colorful thread dancing freely and bridging the past and future. The rug is available in three colors and two sizes: 300 x 200 cm and 300 x 400 cm.

The Georgia Side Chair by Kenneth Cobonpue is a delicate fusion of craftsmanship and artistry, inspired by the intricate knotted patterns of Frivolité, a traditional French lace-making technique. The Opus armchair, designed by Studio AngelettiRuzza for YAAZ, debuted at Salone del Mobile.Milano. The outdoor armchair’s seductive shape features a sinuous and enveloping shape that branches out into wings. Inspired by a butterfly’s wing, the lightness of the heart is made from an organic weaving of ropes across the wide backrest. The Opus armchair is available in 18 aluminum, 18 rope, and about 85 different fabric codes. Dimensions: 156 cm H, 137 cm W, 100 cm D, 154.7 lbs.
