CH468 Chair by Carl Hansen
The CH468 chair is a piece of design buried treasure from Hans J. Wegner, presented by Carl Hansen & Son, based off of 50-year-old prototypes. The discovery of a clay model and some pictures in the Hans J. Wegner archives inspired this collaborative effort with Carl Hansen & Son to produce the lost design. The chair’s rounded and protective silhouette sits on top of brushed stainless steel legs. The seat cushion is a mix of down and foam, with an interior frame handmade entirely in wood.
