In December, global color specialist and trendsetter Pantone revealed its 2025 Color of the Year—PANTONE 17-1230 Mocha Mousse—which executive director Leatrice Eiseman said “expresses a level of thoughtful indulgence.”
Pantone Color Institute vice president Laurie Pressman noted that the shade was selected for its resonance with consumers’ preferences moving toward natural, organic features and colors in design, and a “search for harmony” in all aspects of their lives.
