Last Call to Enter Best of CET Designer Awards Program

GRAND RAPIDS, MICH.—CET Designer users have just a couple more weeks to submit entries to the 6^th annual Best of CET Designer Awards Program, sponsored by Configura, which honors the top winner with a new computer and software. The deadline is Sept. 30.

Entrants and winners will be showcased at the 6^th annual CET Designer User Conference. There is no cost to enter the awards program, and entrants don’t need to attend the user conference to enter.

The conference is being held Oct. 9-10 at DeVos Place in Grand Rapids, Mich. Conference registration is open at www.configura.com/userconference/.

The conference’s keynote speaker is Irene Etzkorn, chief clarity strategist for SiegelVision based in New York City. Siegel co-wrote the book Simple: Conquering the Crisis of Complexity.

The conference also includes a special presentation by 2013 Business and Institutional Furniture Manufacturers Association (BIFMA) President Chuck Saylor on the State of the Furniture and Design Industry. Saylor is the founder and CEO of izzy+ in Spring Lake, Mich.

The conference offers manufacturer-partner breakout sessions for Steelcase, Haworth and Teknion.
