CHICAGO-– Full-service architecture firm tvsdesign has been selected to design the new headquarters for Zebra Technologies Corporation.
Zebra Technologies, a global leader in products and solutions that extend real-time visibility into business operations, recently announced that it is consolidating its headquarters to a 230,000-sq.-ft. space at 3 Overlook Point in the northern Chicago suburb of Lincolnshire. The deal marks the largest lease in suburban Chicago in 2013, marking a move away from the trend of large office users relocating to the urban centers of major metropolitan areas. tvsdesign will provide full design services for the new headquarters, which Zebra will move into in the first quarter of 2015.

In just the past five years tvsdesign has completed projects for Zebra Technologies in California, Illinois, Maryland, Missouri, Rhode Island and Malaysia. tvsdesign’s Workplace Studio previously developed a new workplace design strategy to help Zebra Technologies with its current and future needs at its present headquarters and help it create new, flexible work spaces for its talent.
