Conference is in Grand Rapids, Mich., for second year in a row

Configura, maker of CET Designer software, announces the winner of the free trip to its seventh annual CET Designer User Conference being held in October in Grand Rapids, Michigan. CET Designer users were invited to stop by Configura’s booth at the NeoCon World’s Trade Fair in Chicago in June to register for the free-trip drawing.

The winner is Dana Diaz-Campos, an interior designer/space planner at Lincoln Office, a Steelcase dealer in Crown Point, Indiana. “I’m looking forward to learning how to use CET Designer more efficiently with new tips and tricks,” she says. “I also want to meet other users.”

She’s particularly interested in the CET Designer User Conference session Revit 101 through an A&D perspective with Laura Masters, and she hopes to learn more about the direction the A&D community is moving in.

The seventh annual CET Designer User Conference will be held October 22-23 at DeVos Place in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This is the second year in a row that the conference will be held in West Michigan, which is home to the world’s largest office furniture manufacturers, including Steelcase and Haworth.

Additional conference highlights include a keynote presentation by designer Primo Orpilla, a state of the industry presentation and breakout sessions for designers, IT and dealer management. CET Designer “power-user” instructors will share their techniques and best practices in implementing and using the software.
