Yinka Shonibare Teapot sold by the Tate Museum

Combining historical text and imagery from the Tate archive, artist Tinka Shonibare designed the fine bone china tea set exclusively for Tate. Using a variety of media, including Dutch wax African fabric, Financial Times newspaper cuttings, and gold leaf, the collection is meant to mirror the diverse histories found within the Tate Museum.
