Having met while studying textile design at Glasgow School of Art, designers Alistair McAuley and Paul Simmons established Timorous Beasties in 1990, which quickly emerged as an award-winning studio. Blending the lessons of John Ruskin into their work, Timorous Beasties relays the connection between nature, art, and society.
