This year, we had several dozen amazing entries for our I Like Design competition from dozens of schools, from The New York School of Interior Design to Weber University, and everything in between. All of us on the judges panel from interiors+sources and Michael Graves Design & Architecture were impressed by the level of work offered for our 2017 NeoCon Materials Pavilion design.
We have two winners for the 2017 I Like Design competition: Savannah Colestock from University of Wisconsin--Stout, and Hannah Viparina from Savannah College of Art and Design.
Savannah Colestock's design was chosen to receive the $5,000 scholarship and will be built during the NeoCon show in Chicago this upcoming June.
Hannah Viparina will be offered a paid internship and housing this summer with Michael Graves Design & Architecture.
Stay tuned for more information about these winning designs.
And of course, a big thank you to our sponsors, Arauco and Michael Graves Design & Architecture for making this design competition a reality.
