CitizenM Seattle South Lake | 201 Westlake Ave N, Seattle, WA 98109
Dutch hotel and lifestyle company CitizenM has opened its 20th hotel overall in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood. Designed by Gensler, the project is a 264-key, seven-story hotel located near Amazon and Microsoft headquarters, the Space Needle, the Washington State Convention Center, and Pike Place Market. The hotel facade is wrapped by an innovation-themed art piece by Jesse LeDoux, the former art director of Seattle-based Sub Pop Records. Inside on the ground floor, locally based Native American artist Jeffrey Vereggo has contributed a large-scale tech-themed mural in his comic-book-inspired style.

Daniels Create World Seattle and Create World Real Estate of Bellevue announced the completion of The Emerald, Seattle’s newest luxury condominium tower located above downtown’s iconic Pike Place Market and the city’s newly reimagined waterfront. Designed by world-renowned female-led Seattle-based team, Julia Nagele of Hewitt Architects and Susan Marinello of Susan Marinello Interiors, the 40-story faceted-glass waterfront residential building unveils a striking collection of 262 signature studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences and penthouses matched with bespoke amenity spaces and unrivaled 360-degree vistas.

The LOTTE Hotel | 809 5th Ave, Seattle, WA 98104
The recently opened LOTTE Hotel opens in Seattle, designed by Philippe Starck, features a total of 189 rooms (including 33 suite rooms) on the first to 16th floor of its 44-story building. Guest rooms feature creative and modern design inspired by Seattle's natural landscape and offer a lively and bright atmosphere. Another feature is that through the entire glass window wall, guests are able to enjoy a view of both the ocean and dynamic cityscape of Seattle through its floor-to-ceiling glass window walls.

Resource Furniture Showroom | 5701 6th Ave S Suite 239, Seattle, WA 98108

A new six-story, 177-key hotel designed by B+H Architects, Anderson Park Hotel is located in Seattle in the Anderson Park district of Downtown Redmond, an area identified by the city as part of the “Downtown Vision 2030” plan. The hotel’s main public levels are anchored around indoor-outdoor living with large terraces, firepits that extend from the meeting space on the second level, and patios and sliding doors in the cafe on the ground level.
