Clean & Green 2

– This December, two Chicago architecture & design firms will be hosting a symposium on clean environments and green design for healthcare and senior living facilities.

Clean & Green 2 will address how healthcare administrators and their architecture and design teams can incorporate environmentally-friendly design and products within their spaces. Guest speakers will discuss how to maintain a clean healthcare or senior living facility while construction is underway. Attendees will also learn how to create a “healing environment” that will greatly benefit patients—clinically, physically and emotionally.

Jensen & Halstead, a Chicago architecture firm, and its interior design division, Studio One Design, will serve as hosts. Both firms specialize in the design of healthcare and senior living environments.Clean & Green 2 will take place Tuesday, December 5, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at

665 W. North Ave.

in Lombard, IL.

Guest speakers from Krahl Construction and Hitchcock Design Group are slated to participate, and more than 40 exhibitors, including Mannington, Maharam, Designtex, Arc-Com, Wolf-Gordon, Johnsonite, Nevamar and Benjamin Moore Paints, are scheduled to attend.
