Board OKs First 'Green' Building for Gilbert, AZ
Thanks to features such as insulation, low-energy-use lights, and solar panels, the Glassrock office and retail center will use 20 percent less energy than a typical building. Bicycle storage and preferred parking for car pooling or alternative fuel vehicles also will provide incentives for environmentally friendly behaviors.

Construction Complete on State-of-the-Art California Fitness Center
The three-story building designed by Smith Consulting Architects features 39,000 square feet of state-of-the-art fitness facilities and 50,000 square feet of office space. Alternating green and silver high-efficiency glass and bronze metallic - finished aluminum entry canopies gives the facility a unique design, and a mezzanine on the east end allows those in the second-floor office area to view club activities on the main floor.
