New Interior Design CAD to be Unveiled in Chicago

Feb. 12, 2008

CHICAGO - In January, 2008, OFCDesk introduced the first U.S. version of its IDC (interior design CAD) software product. A public unveiling has been scheduled for February 19th in Chicago.

Seating is limited, so professionals in the interior design and architectural industries are invited to reserve a seat online at www.ofcdesk.com/events.

OFCDesk IDC is a competitively priced and easy-to-use software solution built on the AutoCAD® platform with industry-specific tools and terminology for commercial interior design.

"It was important for us to provide an industry specific tool set for this growing profession," comments Mauricio Ritzmann, OFCDesk chief software architect. "The interiors industry has long been awaiting a software package unique to their needs that's reliable and intuitive to use."

IDC includes a built-in content creator to accommodate major manufacturers and designers' own custom libraries.

The Chicago unveiling marks the first major introduction of OFCDesk's IDC software to the U.S market. For professionals unable to attend, recorded videos will also be made available online. Future product demonstrations are scheduled throughout the United States and via Webcast during the second and third quarters of 2008.

For more information about product demonstration dates or for registration information, visit www.ofcdesk.com/events.
