Pardon the Interruption?

RIDGEWOOD, NJ - Poskanzer Skott Architects, one of northern New Jersey's most prolific architecture and design firms, recently completed a renovation for Ridgewood Orthopedics, a full-service orthopedic medical practice located at 85 South Maple Avenue in Ridgewood, NJ. Barry Poskanzer, AIA, principal and partner of the firm, led this successful project.

"Poskanzer Skott has considerable experience with projects that are accomplished during normal business hours," said Poskanzer. "We recognize the importance of not shutting down a business operation while renovations are taking place so we carefully plan these projects to ensure that they are highly organized, efficient and sensitive to staff needs."

Poskanzer's design allowed for two new exam rooms, a new x-ray room, a redesigned front desk and business office, and improved patient circulation throughout the office.

"The renovation to our practice created minimal disruption to our operation and our patients," stated Terry Leydner, business administrator.  "It is a true credit to the work of Poskanzer Skott Architects, as well as JRB Contractors, that they were able to recreate this space amidst normal business hours and not cause us to close our doors at any point due to construction. We are very pleased with the results."
