Heritage Glass is a colored glass aggregate supplier to the terrazzo industry. We have taken the best color formulations and developed a way to process recycled glass into a terrazzo aggregate that has a desirable, multi-dimensional shape and permanent color that is not found in natural marble aggregate. With a wide range of color, glass is a perfect choice in terrazzo. Transparent glass also adds a sparkle and depth to terrazzo floors that can't be duplicated.

St. Louis Early Childhood Education Center Uses BIM to Accommodate a Tight Budget and Schedule
Harris-Stowe State University in St. Louis is constructing a world-class Early Childhood Development and Parenting Education Center, complete with an environmentally friendly design. According to the facility’s world-class designer, Adrian Luchini, the building has a sculptural quality. With the help of BIM, KAI Design & Build was able to order the accurate quantity of building materials and estimate the building’s cost throughout the design process.
Sustainable Technology: Building Controls
Building controls play an integral role in the green-building process. Of course, you can't have a building, green or otherwise, without an architect or an owner - but control professionals are critical to many of the features that define what a green building is.
