Philadelphia, PA (February 25, 2009) – Mantria Communities LP announces the engagement of Gensler – an award-winning global design, planning, and strategic consulting firm – to act as lead architect for Mantria Place, Tennessee’s largest master-planned community. Gensler will define the architectural design platform for the residential and public buildings, and create an identity for the 10 neighborhoods and 24 public buildings, including a village center, boutique hotel, and golf course clubhouse.

Gensler’s team is led by Jordan Goldstein, AIA, LEED AP, managing director at the firm’s DC office. David Epstein, AIA, LEED AP, will act as design leader, and Susan Cunningham, LEED AP, will serve as director of sustainability. Kevin Wolcott, AIA, LEED AP, will serve as project manager, and will oversee day-to-day design initiatives.
