How the Experts Specify Healthier Materials takes an in-depth look at steps interior designers can take to vet the ingredients of building materials and FF&E to achieve the greatest positive impact on human health and the environment. It will present in-depth case studies of two recent projects that applied the highest standards of healthy materials selection: the VanDusen Botanical Garden in Vancouver, Canada, and the Google headquarters in Mountain View, Calif., along with lessons for creating a customizable protocol for analyzing a material’s attributes.
