Ahrend
Revolt is a timeless design classic, as refreshing to behold today as to sit in, as when it was introduced throughout Europe in 1953. Having reintroduced the chair in Europe and the rest of the world, now Ahrend has introduced it to America. Revolt has been found in many applications, including corporate (as guest, side, or pull-up), as well as lobby and cafeteria seating.
The Revolt design is crisp, architectural-yet inviting. Curved edges and smooth surfaces are evident top to bottom. It is a simple design-rich in detail. A large-scale, ergonomically contoured, high-impact composite seat curves slightly upward at the sides, to gently and comfortably raise the sitter's height. A concave seat pan follows the body's natural curves.
