A new line of stainless steel security bollards, featuring an internal locking mechanism, is now available from Cal Pipe Security Bollards for use in public areas with busy vehicular traffic.
Security bollards address a growing civic concern about erratic drivers in malls, public plazas, shopping districts, farmers’ markets, and other high-profile commercial areas.
The internal locking feature allows the bollards to be secured into place with a tamper-proof key, eliminating the vulnerability of exposed padlocks. Bollards can be individually removed when auto access is desired, or when moving large items or equipment on-site. A stainless steel, flip-top lid falls into place when the bollards are removed, preventing tripping hazards.
