Chicago Faucets, the leading manufacturer of commercial faucets, has a complete line-up of sensor-operated HyTronic™ electronic faucets, which provide reliable, touch-free hand washing, and help prevent the spread of germs in public environments.
Several models of HyTronic faucets are available, including Contemporary lavatory, Traditional lavatory, and deck- and wall-mounted gooseneck styles.
Battery-operated models function on lithium batteries, which last about 3 years – or roughly 200,000 activations. AC-operated models use a 12 volt plug-in transformer, which is available separately.
“Our HyTronic faucets are designed for longevity and efficiency,” says John Fitzgerald, director of marketing for Chicago Faucets. “A twin-beam system enables a quicker response time, minimizing false activations.”
Each HyTronic faucet is designed to compensate in high-interference environments by switching from dual-beam activation to single-beam activation. This adaptability provides dependable use in demanding commercial applications.
Other features include 0.5 GPM (1.9 L/min) flow rate and single-hole styling on every model. They are also available with single supply for tempered water, concealed internal temperature control mixers, and user-adjustable temperature control mixers, depending on the model purchased.
HyTronic faucets are also hermetically sealed to prevent moisture damage, and the infrared sensor is shielded for additional protection.
