Carnegie introduces the Bright Side Collection. Featuring an upbeat, nature-inspired palette, Bright Side is a textile collection that reflects the simple pleasures to be found in everyday life. A groundbreaking line, Bright Side addresses issues of performance and sustainability by simultaneously offering long-term durability and eco-friendliness. The collection is woven from 100 percent post-consumer polyester and is offered in six patterns that reflect vibrant hues found in nature.

Allsteel and HBF Textiles have teamed up to offer an impressive selection of HBF Textiles graded in for Allsteel’s workplace furnishings. This co-venture translates into a tremendous advantage for architects, interior designers and other specifiers. Notably, 75 percent of the Allsteel approved HBF Textiles are highly sustainable—containing significant recycled content, rapidly renewable properties or are MBDC Cradle to Cradle-certified.

Abstract patterning, an alluring hand, and a clever color palette play together in Pallas Textiles’ latest upholstery collection, Feel Good. Designed by Glenn Peckman, this collection creates a feeling of inspiration and positive energy amidst the uncertainty in today’s world. True to its namesake, this collection makes people “feel good.” The four patterns in the Feel Good Collection are Bounce, Skip, Swing, and Twirl.

Sina Pearson’s Scandinavia 101 captures the spirit of that region’s atmosphere, color palette and mood, while paying homage to its important textile tradition. Four patterns celebrate the simple handwoven goods of the past, yet incorporate a modern polish. Spun, woven with an irregular cotton slub yarn on a wool background, evokes handcrafted woolen fabrics. Lina is satin weave woven with heavy linen yarns. Woods updates classic Scandinavian geometric textile patterns while Comfort recalls hand-dyed, hand-spun and handwoven blankets of the past.

Garrett Leather introduces the Torino Collection. Inspired by the mountain landscape of the Turin region in Italy, Torino has a soft hand and a welcoming, pronounced pebble grain texture. These full-bodied Italian cowhides have a uniform grain that provides consistency and superior cutting yields. The waterproof, durable finish requires little maintenance and reduces replacement costs. Torino is suitable for all upholstery applications, especially high-traffic areas.

Insight, a new fabric from Casa Bini Textiles, is a new addition to the Bella Verde “green” collection. Milled in the United States, Insight is woven with small stitches to show a more tailored, yet textured appearance. It is made of 100 percent bamboo which means it has many of the qualities sought in “performance” and “easy care” fabrics without the drawbacks of synthetic material.
