Bernhardt Design’s Loft, designed by Shelly Shelly of Art Center College of Design, is a hand-sculpted lounge of solid walnut—a tangible example of the disappearing art of craftsmanship in furniture making. A universal and timeless accent lounge, Loft is an excellent complement and counterbalance to larger upholstered chairs and sofas. A sculptural lounge, Loft could as easily be on exhibit in an art gallery as it could be sitting in a lobby.
