As we wrap up the year, we here on the editorial staff saw an opportunity to go back and find those projects that had fallen through the cracks for one reason or another—or that deserve to be seen sooner.
In the business of publishing a magazine about interiors, one of the downsides is that we are often faced with tough choices as to which projects to publish and which ones will not escape the chopping block. Space and time are limited, so it’s our job to find the stand-outs and tell their stories both in words and pictures.
As we wrap up the year, we here on the editorial staff saw an opportunity to go back and find those projects that had fallen through the cracks for one reason or another—or that have been patiently waiting in the queue, but deserve to be seen sooner.
It’s a wish-list of sorts that no one gets to see except us—until now. The following pages represent some of our favorite projects in various commercial markets that have
previously not been published in the pages of I&S. We love them all for
different reasons, which you are about to discover, and hope you do too.
