“I am a Miami native who has yoyo-ed back and forth from Miami to New York with a few stops in Charleston for the past 15 years. In doing so, I have learned that style is contextual. I really love to create local vernaculars in fashion that relate to where I am. Although a basic kit of parts (and that does include the little black dress) is always a necessity, I really think that ‘locavore’ style is a great way to go when it comes to fashion.”
