    This video details the story behind the New York Public Library's new Hamilton Grange Teen Center in Harlem. The Center, located on 145th Street and Amsterdam Avenue, has become a major gateway for teenagers in Upper Manhattan, reflecting the culture, passions and concerns unique to teens in the area.
