This session will highlight the importance of equity and diversity in workplace leadership. The moderator and panelists will each share a positive 'disruption in action' story that impacted their career growth and views of business. Seeing the growth of diversity in leadership supports innovation and creativity within organizations and opportunities for new ideas to gain traction.
