Eventscape's Newest Nest

This video explores Eventscape's collaboration with developers The Remington Group and interior design firm Figure 3 to create a dynamic entrance feature for the group's new presentation centre in downtown Markham, the newest downtown in the Greater Toronto area. 

The inspiration for the design of the entrance feature was a bird's nest. Eventscape engineered a self-supporting structure of intertwining wooden ribbons wrapping around the exterior corner of the building, and travelling through the main entrance to form a spherical nest-like structure.
