Interior Design Organizations Partner to Form Continuing Education Council
The American Society of Interior Designers, the Interior Designers of Canada and the International Interior Design Association have announced a formal partnership to create an accrediting body for interior design continuing education. They will formalize and centralize what is currently a voluntary, decentralized consortium known as the Interior Design Continuing Education Council, with the goal of streamlining the accreditation process for both course takers and providers.

NCIDQ Introduces Amnesty Program for Certificate Holders
The National Council for Interior Design Qualification has just announced an amnesty program for certificate holders whose certificate status is inactive. Individuals may reinstate their certificate status for a flat fee of $90 through the end of this year.
