The new CPX8 is the latest addition to Hitachi’s Portable Series projectors. Weighing less than 5 pounds and measuring 12 inches by 8.7 inches by 3 inches, this projector is easy to carry and easy to use in different locations. Offering native XGA (1,024 x 768) resolution and 2,700 ANSI Lumens brightness, it is designed for simple setup and operation. It features a built-in speaker and a Kensington Lock anti-theft slot, as well as HDMI, S-Video, composite video inputs, RGB computer video inputs and outputs, two audio inputs, and an audio output. In addition, the RS-232C port allows the projector to be controlled as part of an integrated A/V system. The Hybrid Filter allows for 5,000 hours between cleaning and a front air exhaust system directs heat away from audiences.
